THB oil seal automatic assembly equipment
Mechanical TOYO module, SMC slide cylinder, rodless cylinder, guide rod cylinder, MHZ 2 series clamp cylinder. The vibration plate is supplied with oil and oil seals, and the Keinz IX-1000 visual camera distinguishes the front and back of the sealing ring. The linear feeder is divided into three channels for simultaneous feeding. Continuous intermittent V-shaped gripper takes and places the valve stem, automatically elevates the tray, and recycles the finished tray
The electrical part uses the Sanlian FX5U+80SSC multi axis motion control module to control the Sanrong MRJ4-B co server with a total of 5 axes and SMC pneumatic auxiliary components.
